Argentinian Beef Skewers with Chimichurri

- β4 slices Warm, buttery, argentinian breadFor serving
- β10-12 SkewersSoak in water for 30 minutes before grilling
- β1 large Red onionCut into 1-inch pieces
- β1 large Red bell pepperCut into 1-inch pieces
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1 bunch Fresh parsleyChopped
- β1/4 cup Red wine vinegarFor chimichurri sauce
- β1/4 cup Olive oilFor chimichurri sauce
- βto taste SaltFor seasoning
