- β1 head, chopped Lettuce
- β2 medium, sliced Tomatoes

- β1 medium, thinly sliced Red Onion
- β1/4 cup, rinsed and drained ChickpeasOptional
- β1/4 cup, chopped Pickled TurnipsOptional

Warm the pita bread by wrapping it in foil and heating it in the oven at 350Β°F (180Β°C) for 5-7 minutes.
