Pan-Seared Algerian Brochette Steak
A flavorful Algerian-inspired dish featuring pan-seared steak brochette, perfect for a romantic dinner.

- β1.5 pounds steakpreferably flank steak or skirt steak
- β2 tablespoons algerian spice blendor substitute with a combination of cumin, coriander, and paprika
- β2 tablespoons olive oilfor brushing the brochette
- β4 slices warm pita breadfor serving
- β1/2 cup crispy onionsfor garnish
- β2 lemon wedgesfor serving
- β1/4 cup fresh parsleychopped, for garnish
- β2 cloves garlicminced, for marinade
- β1 teaspoon saltfor seasoning
- β1/2 teaspoon black pepperfor seasoning

1. In a large bowl, whisk together algerian spice blend, garlic, salt, and black pepper.

2. Add the steak to the marinade and mix well to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

4. Remove the steak from the marinade and brush with olive oil.
