German Potato Hash
A crispy potato dish inspired by German cuisine, perfect as a side or light meal.
Ingredients
- β2 large Potatoespeeled and diced
- β1 medium Oniondiced
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 tbsp Warm German Mustardor substitute with Dijon mustard
- β4-6 slices Crispy Baconcrumbled
- β1/2 cup Cheddar Cheesegrated

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

In a large bowl, combine diced potatoes, onion, garlic, and warm German mustard. Toss to coat.

Transfer the potato mixture to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown, flipping halfway through.

While the potatoes are baking, cook the crispy bacon in a pan until crispy. Crumble into small pieces.

Once the potatoes are done, remove from the oven and top with crumbled bacon and grated cheddar cheese.

Return to the oven and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
