Italian-Style Suppli Bites
Crispy fried risotto balls filled with mozzarella and tomato sauce, perfect as a snack or appetizer.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Rice (for risotto)
- β4 cups Warm water
- β1/2 cup Italian-style tomato sauce
- β1 cup, shredded Mozzarella cheese
- β1 cup Breadcrumbs
- β1 Egg, lightly beaten
- β1/4 cup Olive oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- β1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheeseoptional

Prepare the risotto by cooking the rice in warm water until it's al dente.

Let the risotto cool completely.

Combine the cooled risotto, tomato sauce, and shredded mozzarella cheese in a bowl.

Mix well until all the ingredients are combined.

Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter.

Dip each ball into the beaten egg and then roll it in breadcrumbs to coat.
