German Fritters with Minari Slaw
Crispy German-style fritters served with a refreshing minari slaw. A perfect snack for any time of the day.
Ingredients

- β1 cup Warm wateraround 90Β°F to 100Β°F
- β1 teaspoon Active dry yeast
- β1/2 teaspoon Salt
- β1 bunch Minari leaves
- β1 large Carrotsgrated
- β1 medium Onionthinly sliced
- β1 cup Crunchy breadcrumbs
- β2 tablespoons Butter

In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes.

Add the flour, salt, and vegetable oil to the bowl. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

Heat the oil in a deep frying pan to 350Β°F.

Once the oil is hot, add the dough in small pieces, about 1 tablespoon each.
