Grilled Jamaican chicken skewers with a hint of jerk seasoning.

- β1 teaspoon thyme
- β1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- β1 tablespoon brown sugar
- β2 tablespoons soy sauce
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- β10-12 wooden skewerssoak in water for 30 minutes
