Turkish Delight Bao
A sweet and unique dessert that combines the warmth of Turkish Delight with the softness of Bao.
Ingredients
- ●200g Turkish Delightcut into small cubes
- ●1 package Bao doughthawed according to package instructions
- ●100g Granulated sugar
- ●50ml Water
- ●20g Coconut oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the bao dough to a thickness of about 1 cm.

Cut out circles of dough using a cookie cutter or the rim of a glass.

Place a small spoonful of Turkish Delight in the center of each dough circle.

Fold the dough over the filling to form a half-moon shape, and press the edges together to seal.

Brush the tops of the bao with coconut oil and sprinkle with granulated sugar.

Place the bao on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the bao are golden brown.

Let the bao cool for a few minutes before serving.
