Warm German Pretzel Wrap
A twist on the classic German pretzel, this recipe wraps the warm dough around a filling of melted cheese and savory meats.
Ingredients
- β1 cup, warm pretzel doughhomemade or store-bought
- β1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheesedivided
- β2 oz sliced ham
- β2 oz sliced salami
- β1/4 cup onion, thinly sliced
- β2 tbsp butter, melted
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Roll out the warm pretzel dough to a thickness of 1/4 inch.

Spread 1/4 cup of the shredded cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a 1/2 inch border around the edges.

Top the cheese with sliced ham and salami.

Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of cheese over the meats.

Add a sprinkle of onion on top of the cheese.

Fold the dough over the filling to form a tight seal.

Brush the top of the dough with melted butter.
