Pork Pasta Bake
A comforting Italian-style pasta bake loaded with tender pork and gooey cheese.
Ingredients
- β1 pound pork shouldercut into 1-inch cubes
- β8 oz pastasuch as penne or rigatoni
- β1 tablespoon italian seasoningdried oregano, basil, and thyme
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β1 can cherry tomatoes14.5 oz
- β1 cup parmesan cheeseshredded
- β1 cup mozzarella cheeseshredded
- β2 tablespoons olive oilfor cooking

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add pork and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add garlic, onion, and Italian seasoning to the skillet. Cook until onion is translucent.

Stir in cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.

In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, pork mixture, and parmesan cheese.

Transfer the pasta mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish.
