Classic British Bangers and Mash
A traditional British dish featuring juicy sausages served with creamy mashed potatoes.
Ingredients
- β4 Bangers (British Sausages)
- β3-4 Potatoes
- β2 tbsp Butter
- β1 cup Milk
- β Salt and Pepper
- β1 tsp Gravy Granules

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

2. Peel and chop the potatoes into large chunks.

3. Add the potatoes to the boiling water and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.

4. While the potatoes are cooking, cook the bangers in a large pan over medium-high heat, turning frequently, until browned and cooked through.

5. Remove the cooked bangers from the pan and set aside.

6. Drain the cooked potatoes and return them to the pot.

7. Add the butter, milk, salt, and pepper to the potatoes and mash until smooth and creamy.
