- β1 Warm Irish Wrappreferably made with whole wheat flour
- β2 oz Cheddar Cheesemild or sharp, your preference
- β1 tsp Butterunsalted
- β1/4 cup Fresh Cilantrooptional
- βto taste Salt and Pepper

1. Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

2. Butter the warm Irish wrap.

3. Place the wrap in the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes, until slightly toasted.

4. Flip the wrap and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

5. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the wrap.
