Warm Irish Potato Crumble
A hearty and comforting Irish-inspired dish featuring tender potatoes topped with a crunchy crumble.

- β4 tablespoons Butter
- β1 cup Milk
- β1 package Warm Irish Crumble Mix
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- βoptional, for garnish Fresh chives

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Peel and dice the potatoes into 1-inch cubes.

In a large saucepan, combine the diced potatoes and enough cold water to cover them.

Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 10-12 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.

Drain the potatoes and return them to the saucepan.

Add the butter, milk, salt, and pepper to the potatoes, and stir until the potatoes are well coated.
