- β1 cup crumble topping (italian breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese)
- β1/2 cup vegan mozzarella cheese
- β1 tsp salt
- β1 tsp pepper
- β1 small onion
- β2 cloves garlic

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
