Panettone French Toast
A warm and indulgent breakfast dish featuring panettone bread and melted cheddar cheese.
Ingredients

- β2 large eggsfor egg mixture
- β1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- β1/2 cup milk
- β1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- β1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- β2 tablespoons butter

In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.

Cut the panettone into 1-inch thick slices.

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.

Dip each panettone slice into the egg mixture, coating both sides.

Place the coated panettone slices in the skillet or griddle.

Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the panettone slices.
