British Massaman Fish Curry
A British take on the traditional Thai Massaman curry, featuring fish as the main ingredient.

Ingredients
- β400g Fish FilletsAny firm white fish works well (e.g. cod, haddock)
- β2 tbsp Massaman Curry PasteAvailable in most supermarkets
- β200ml Coconut MilkFull-fat for richer flavor
- β150ml Fish StockHomemade or store-bought
- β1 medium OnionChopped
- β2 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1/4 cup Fresh CorianderChopped
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1 tsp Black Pepper
- β100ml Warm Water
