Eastern Pilaf with Melted Cheese

- β2 cups Chicken broth
- β2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
- β1 cup Melted cheese (white or mozzarella)
- β1 teaspoon Pilaf spice mix
- β1 medium Diced onion
- β1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley
- β Salt and pepperto taste

Heat butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
