Filipino Halo Halo
A Filipino dessert made with shaved ice and various sweetened beans, fruits, and milk. This version adds a creative twist with warm, molten, and passata.

- β1 cup Shaved ice
- β1/2 cup Sweetened red bean
- β1/2 cup Sweetened green bean
- β1 cup Young coconut meat
- β2 tablespoons Pinipig (pounded rice)
- β1 cup Warm milk
- β4 ounces Molten chocolate
- β1 cup Passata
- βas needed Halo halo toppings (various fruits and nuts)

Instructions

In a tall glass, add the shaved ice.

Top the ice with the sweetened red and green beans, young coconut meat, and pinipig.

Pour the warm milk over the top of the dessert.
