Norwegian Lamb Hash

- β2 cups Hash Browns
- β1 medium Onion
- β1 medium Bell Pepper
- β2 medium Carrots
- β1 large Potato

Season the lamb shoulder with salt and pepper.

Heat the Norwegian oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the lamb until browned on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
