Chicken Chirashi Bowl
A Japanese-inspired dish featuring chicken, sushi rice, and vegetables, perfect for a light lunch.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Boneless, skinless chicken breast
- β1 cup Sushi rice
- β1 cup Mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, green onions)
- β2 tablespoons Warm sesame oilfor cooking chicken
- β2 tablespoons Chirashi sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- β1/4 cup Sliced green onionsfor garnish
- β1 tablespoon Sesame seedsfor garnish
- β Salt and pepperto taste

Cook sushi rice according to package instructions.

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook in warm sesame oil until browned and cooked through.

Prepare mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, green onions) by slicing into thin strips.

To assemble the chirashi bowl, place a scoop of sushi rice in the bottom of a bowl.
