Moroccan Pepper Tagine
A flavorful and aromatic stew inspired by the cuisine of North Africa. The combination of roasted peppers and spices creates a rich and satisfying dish.

- β1 tsp Cuminground
- β1/2 tsp Cinnamonground

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Roast the bell peppers in the oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the skin is blistered and charred.

Remove the peppers from the oven and let them cool in a bowl covered with plastic wrap.

Peel the peppers and chop them into large pieces.

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
