Keto Dutch Pancakes
A low-carb take on traditional Dutch pancakes, made with almond flour and eggs.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 cups almond flour
- β4 large eggsroom temperature
- β1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- β2 tbsp melted butter
- β1 tsp vanilla extract
- β1 tsp sugar-free sweetener
- β1/4 tsp salt
- β1 cup warm water

1. In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, eggs, almond milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, sugar-free sweetener, and salt.

2. Add warm water and mix until smooth.

3. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat.

4. Drop the batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto the pan.

5. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the edges start to curl and the surface is dry.
