Italian Shrimp Tarte Tatin
A unique Italian twist on the classic French dessert, featuring succulent shrimp and a silky caramel sauce.

- β1 pre-made tarte tatinfrench pastry
- β1/2 cup butterunsalted
- β2 tbsp honey
- β1 tbsp lemon juice
- β1/4 tsp salt
- β1/4 cup fresh parsleychopped

Preheat the oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).

Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the shrimp and cook, flipping halfway, until pink and cooked through.

Transfer the shrimp to a plate and set aside.

Roll out the pre-made tarte tatin dough to a thickness of 1/8 inch.

Place the dough into a 9-inch tart pan with a removable bottom.

Arrange the cooked shrimp on the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

Drizzle the honey and lemon juice over the shrimp.
