Ingredients
- ●1 cup Lentil Dalsplit red or yellow lentils
- ●1 medium Onionchopped
- ●2 inches Gingergrated
- ●3 cloves Garlicminced
- ●1 teaspoon Cumin Seedswhole
- ●1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seedswhole
- ●1/2 teaspoon Turmericground
- ●1/4 cup Cilantrochopped
- ●4 cups Warm Water

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds; let them sizzle for 10 seconds.
