Warm Smoky Australian Gratin
A rich and creamy gratin made with smoky Australian cheese and topped with crispy curds.
Ingredients
- β250g Australian Smoked Cheesecrumbly, smoked
- β125ml Heavy Creamrich, creamy
- β1 Egglarge, fresh
- β50g Curdsfresh, crispy
- βto taste Saltflaky, sea salt
- βto taste Black Pepperfreshly ground

Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).

Butter 2 ramekins and set aside.

Combine Australian Smoked Cheese and Heavy Cream in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted and smooth.

Remove from heat and stir in Egg until well combined.

Season with Salt and Black Pepper to taste.

Divide cheese mixture between ramekins and top with Curds.

Place ramekins in a baking dish and add hot water to come halfway up the sides.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until tops are golden brown and gratins are set.

Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
