Smoked Pork Skewers
A simple and flavorful recipe for pork skewers with a smoky twist. Perfect for a quick summer dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Pork shoulder, thinly slicedCut into 1-inch pieces
- β1 cup Wood chips or chunks (for smoking)
- β1/4 cup Soy sauce
- β2 tablespoons Brown sugar
- β2 cloves Garlic, minced
- β1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
- β1/4 cup Green onions, sliced

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the pork pieces onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. Brush the mixture evenly onto both sides of the pork.
