- β2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- β1 tsp Dutch Process Cocoa Powder
- β1 tsp Ancho Chili Powder
- β2 tsp Chilli Garlic Paste
- β1 lb Stew Meat (beef or pork)
- β2 cups Vegetable Broth
- β1 cup Coconut Milk
- β2 tbsp Fish Sauce
- β1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- βchopped (for garnish) Fresh Cilantro

Instructions

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Add the stew meat and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the smoked paprika, ancho chili powder, and chilli garlic paste. Cook for 1 minute.

Add the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.

Stir in the coconut milk and fish sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
