Smoked Barramundi with Korean-Style Bokkeum
A modern Chinese-inspired dish featuring smoked barramundi paired with a spicy Korean-style bokkeum sauce, served with steamed vegetables.
Ingredients

- β2 tbsp Gochujang
- β1 tbsp Soy sauce
- β1 tsp Brown sugar
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 inches Gingergrated
- β1 tsp Red pepper flakes
- β1 cup Bokkeum sauce
- β1 cup Vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, carrots)
- β1/4 cup Chopped green onions
- β1 tbsp Sesame oil
- βto taste Salt and pepper

1. Preheat the smoker to 225Β°F (110Β°C).

2. Season the barramundi fillets with salt and pepper.

3. Smoke the barramundi for 30 minutes.

4. Meanwhile, heat the gochujang, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes in a saucepan over medium heat.

5. Add the bokkeum sauce to the saucepan and stir to combine.

6. Add the smoked barramundi to the saucepan and coat with the sauce.

7. Serve the smoked barramundi with steamed vegetables and garnish with chopped green onions.
