Peruvian Anticuchos
A traditional Peruvian dish, these anticuchos are grilled beef heart skewers that are tender, flavorful, and full of warm, smoky goodness.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon brown sugar
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- β1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- β1/4 teaspoon salt

Cut the beef heart into 1-inch pieces.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and salt.

Add the beef heart pieces to the marinade and mix until they are well coated.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Thread 4-6 pieces of the marinated beef heart onto each skewer.
