Smoky Russian Cauliflower Pilaf
A hearty and comforting vegetarian pilaf dish filled with smoky flavors, perfect for a cold evening.
Ingredients
- β1 head, broken into florets cauliflower
- β1 cup, cooked pilaf
- β2 tsp smoked paprika
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β1 medium, diced onion
- β3 cloves, minced garlic
- β1 tsp dried thyme
- β1 tsp salt
- β1/2 tsp black pepper
- β2 cups chicken broth

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
