Spicy Chicken Noodle Stir Fry
A quick and easy stir fry recipe combining spicy and savory flavors with chicken and noodles.
Ingredients
- β1 pound chicken breastboneless and skinless
- β8 ounces noodlesthin rice noodles
- β2 tablespoons soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon sugar
- β1 tablespoon cornstarch
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- β3 cloves garlic
- β2 inches ginger
- β1 tablespoon hot sauce
- β1 cup scallions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
