Grilled Chicken Inasal
A classic filipino dish marinated in a mixture of vinegar, garlic, and spices, then grilled to perfection.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Chicken breast
- β2 tablespoons Patis (fish sauce)
- β2 tablespoons Kalamansi (calamansi) juice
- β1 teaspoon Black pepper
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/4 cup Marinade oilVegetable or canola oil

In a blender or food processor, combine patis, kalamansi juice, black pepper, garlic, and salt. Blend until smooth.

In a large bowl, combine the blended marinade and chicken breast. Mix well to coat.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting any excess liquid drip off.

Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
