Jamaican Jerk Stew
A flavorful and spicy stew originating from Jamaica, made with a variety of meats and vegetables.

- β2 tsp Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
- β1 medium Chayote Squash
- β2 medium Bell Peppers
- β1 large Onions
- β1 can Tomatoes
- β2 cups Stew Leaf
- β2 cups Vegetable Broth
- β4-6 Warm Flour Tortillas

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add the Jamaican Jerk Seasoning and cook for 1 minute.

Add the chopped onions and bell peppers and cook until tender.

Add the chopped chayote squash and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the can of diced tomatoes, vegetable broth, and stew leaf.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.

Warm the flour tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.
