Jamaican Skillet Veal
A spicy and savory Jamaican-inspired veal dish cooked in a skillet. This recipe is perfect for a flavorful dinner.
Ingredients

- ●2 tsp Jamaican jerk seasoning
- ●2 tbsp Olive oil
- ●1 Oniondiced
- ●2 cloves Garlicminced
- ●1 Bell pepperdiced
- ●1 Tomatodiced
- ●1 tsp Allspice
- ●1 tsp Thyme
- ●to taste Salt
- ●to taste Pepper

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the diced onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for another minute.

Add the diced bell pepper and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender.
