Korean Spicy Jjigae
A spicy Korean-style stew made with kimchi and pork, served with a side of steamed rice.

Ingredients
- β1 lb Pork bellycut into bite-sized pieces
- β1 cup Kimchispicy Korean fermented cabbage
- β2 tbsp GochujangKorean chili paste
- β1 tbsp Soy saucedivided
- β1 tsp Sesame oilfor frying
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1-inch piece Gingergrated
- β1/4 cup Yogurtfor serving

Instructions

Heat the sesame oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.

Add the pork belly and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the kimchi, gochujang, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.

Add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.
