Saudi Arabian Chicken Kebabs
A flavorful and spicy dish from the heart of Arabia, perfect for a weekend dinner. Marinate chicken in a warm blend of spices and grill to perfection.

- β1 1/2 pounds Boneless, skinless chicken breastCut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 tablespoons Warm spice blendAvailable at most Middle Eastern markets
- β1/4 cup SahlabAvailable at most Middle Eastern markets
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsleyChopped
- β2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- β1/4 cup Vegetable oil
- β4-6 Pita breadFor serving

In a large bowl, whisk together warm spice blend, sahlab, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

Add the chicken to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
