Warm Spring Pancakes with Russian Twist
Delicious pancakes with a hint of spring and a touch of Russian culture, topped with amazake syrup.
Ingredients
- β1/2 cup Amazake
- β4-6 Pancakes
- β1/2 cup Spring Onions
- β1 cup Warm Water
- β2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
- β2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- β2 Large Eggs
- β1 1/2 cups All-purpose Flour
- β2 tsp Baking Powder
- β1/2 tsp Salt

In a large bowl, whisk together warm water, sugar, eggs, and unsalted butter.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until combined.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Drop the batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto the pan.
