Spicy Pork Baozi
A twist on traditional Chinese baozi, these spicy pork baozi are filled with slow-cooked pork and a hint of sriracha.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Pork shoulder
- β2 cups Warm flour
- β2 tablespoons Sriracha
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- β1/4 cup Green onions
- β1 package Baozi dough

1. In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add the pork shoulder and cook for 2-3 hours, or until tender.

2. While the pork is cooking, mix the warm flour, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.

3. Once the pork is done, let it cool and then shred it into bite-sized pieces.

4. Add the sriracha and green onions to the shredded pork and mix well.

5. Divide the dough into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.

6. Roll out each ball of dough into a thin circle, about 3-4 inches in diameter.

7. Place a tablespoon of the pork mixture in the center of each dough circle.

8. Fold the dough over the filling and press the edges together to seal the baozi.

9. Place the baozi on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

10. Steam the baozi for 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
