Tagine with Chicken and Vegetables

Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds Chicken thighs
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β2 medium Onions
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β4 Ears of cornhusked and silked
- β1/2 cup Tunisian olives
- β1 teaspoon Warm spicesground cumin, coriander, and cinnamon
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- β1 Tagine (clay pot)

Heat the oil in the clay pot over medium heat.

Add the onions and cook until they are softened, about 8 minutes.

Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the chicken and cook until it is browned on all sides.

Add the corn, olives, spices, salt, and pepper.

Add 1 cup of water to the pot and bring the mixture to a boil.
