Turkish-Style Kuru Fasulye
A hearty, comforting Turkish-inspired white bean stew. This dish is a staple of Turkish cuisine, often served with crusty bread or over rice.
Ingredients

- ●2 tablespoons soya oil
- ●1 medium onion
- ●3 cloves garlic
- ●1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ●1 teaspoon ground coriander
- ●1 teaspoon salt
- ●1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Heat the soya oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the ground cumin and coriander and cook for 1 minute.

Add the dried white beans, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
