Japanese Ramen Noodles

Ingredients
- β8 oz Ramen noodles
- β1 cup Blanched vegetablessuch as bok choy or green onions
- β2 tbsp Japanese miso paste
- β2 tbsp Soy sauce
- β1 tsp Sesame oil
- β1-inch piece Gingersliced
- β1/4 cup Scallionschopped
- β4 cups Warm water

Instructions

Bring 4 cups of warm water to a boil.

Add 2 tbsp of Japanese miso paste and whisk until dissolved.

Add 2 tbsp of soy sauce and whisk until combined.

Add 1 tsp of sesame oil and stir to combine.

Add sliced ginger and blanched vegetables to the pot.

Cook for 3-5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.

Add 8 oz of ramen noodles to the pot and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in chopped scallions.
