Traditional British Baked Date Cake
A moist and flavorful cake made with dates and a hint of spice, perfect for a warm evening.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup Baked British dish
- β2 tablespoons Welsh butter
- β1 cup Granulated sugar
- β2 Large eggs
- β2 cups All-purpose flour
- β1 teaspoon Baking powder
- β1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- β1/4 teaspoon Salt

Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the dates, British dish, and Welsh butter.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
