Warm Italian Sausage and Cannoli Casserole
A hearty, comforting casserole that combines the flavors of Italy with the sweetness of cannoli.

Cook the Italian sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

Add the cubed bread to the skillet and cook until lightly toasted.

In a separate bowl, combine the crushed cannoli, drained sauerkraut, and grated mozzarella.

In a 9x13 inch baking dish, arrange half of the bread mixture in the bottom.
