Classic Australian-Style Beef Wrap
A hearty, flavorful wrap filled with tender beef, rich sauce, and crunchy veggies. Perfect for a satisfying meal on-the-go.

- β200g Australian Beef StriploinSlice thinly
- β150ml PassataHomemade or store-bought
- β1 Warm WrapAustralian Wrap or Flatbread
- β1 medium OnionThinly slice
- β1 medium Bell PepperThinly slice
- β2 medium TomatoThinly slice
- β1/4 cup grated Cheddar CheeseOptional
- β1/4 cup Chopped Fresh ParsleyOptional

1. Preheat a large skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.

2. Add sliced beef to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked to your liking.

3. Remove beef from the pan and set aside to rest.

4. In the same pan, add sliced onion and cook for 3-4 minutes or until softened and translucent.

5. Add sliced bell pepper to the pan and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

6. Add passata to the pan, stirring to combine with the onion and bell pepper. Bring to a simmer.

7. Return the beef to the pan and stir to coat with the sauce.

8. Warm the wrap in the microwave or in a dry pan for 10-15 seconds.

9. Assemble the wrap by spooning the beef and sauce mixture onto the center of the wrap.

10. Top with sliced tomato, grated cheese, and chopped parsley (if using). Fold the wrap in half to enclose.
