Thai-Style Stir Fry with Morcilla
A spicy and savory stir fry dish featuring crispy morcilla and a variety of vegetables, inspired by the flavors of Thailand.

- β1 cup Mushroomssliced
- β2 tablespoons Thai red curry paste
- β1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- β1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- β1 teaspoon Chili flakes
- β1/4 cup Fresh cilantrochopped

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced onion and cook until it starts to caramelize.
