Charred Cauliflower Ramen
A Japanese-inspired twist on traditional ramen, featuring charred cauliflower and a savory miso broth.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons Miso paste
- β1 package Ramen noodles
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β1/4 cup Green onions
- β1 tablespoon Grated ginger
- β2 tablespoons Charred sesame seeds
- β4 cups Water
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Cut cauliflower into florets and toss with vegetable oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until charred.

In a large pot, combine miso paste, soy sauce, and water. Whisk until smooth.

Bring the miso mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

To assemble the dish, place cooked noodles in a bowl. Add roasted cauliflower, sliced green onions, and grated ginger.
