Shungiku Tacos with Charred Veggies
A delicious and healthy twist on traditional tacos, featuring shungiku as the main ingredient and a variety of charred vegetables.

- β4 warm tortillas
- β1 cup charred bell peppers
- β1 cup charred zucchini
- β1/2 cup charred onions
- β2 avocado
- β2 tbsp lime juice
- β1 tsp cumin

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Brush shungiku with a little oil and season with salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, grill the bell peppers, zucchini, and onions for 3-4 minutes per side, or until charred.
