Grilled Aubergine and Baby Beef Skewers
A deliciously simple Chinese-inspired dish featuring tender baby beef and smoky grilled aubergine, served with a warm and garlicky sauce.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons soy saucefor marinade

- β1 cup argentinian chimichurri sauce (store-bought or homemade)for serving
