Australian Grilled Sirloin Steak Wrap
A flavorful and quick meal featuring grilled sirloin steak wrapped in a warm tortilla.

- β1 australian wraplarge flour tortilla
- β2 cups, shredded lettucefresh
- β1 medium, sliced tomatofresh
- β1 medium, thinly sliced red onionfresh
- β2 tbsp Australian aiolior mayonnaise
- β1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantrooptional
- βto taste saltkosher or sea salt
- βto taste pepperfreshly ground

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Season sirloin steak with salt and pepper.

Grill steak for 5-7 minutes per side, or until it reaches a safe internal temperature of 130Β°F - 135Β°F for medium-rare.

Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing it thinly against the grain.

Meanwhile, toast the tortilla on the grill for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until it is warm and pliable.

Assemble the wrap by spreading Australian aioli on the tortilla, then adding sliced steak, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and cilantro (if using).
