- β2 large Tomaquet (Tomato)
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- βto taste Salt
- β1 clove Garlic
- βchopped (optional) Fresh parsley

1. Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

2. Slice the bread into 1-inch thick slices and toast until lightly browned.

3. Slice the tomatoes into wedges and season with salt to taste.

4. Drizzle the olive oil on top of the bread.

5. Add the garlic on top of the bread.
